I have an iPhone XR, and my old charger stopped working a few days ago, leaving my phone dead since Saturday night. I just received a new Anker charger I ordered, and I've had it plugged in for a couple of hours. The red battery icon appeared at first, but now the phone won't turn on at all, even when I press the power button. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

It sounds like your battery might be the issue. If your iPhone is over five years old, the battery can start showing signs of wear even if the health percentage looks decent.
I checked the battery health before this all happened, and it was still showing 87%. That seems like a reasonable capacity, right?
