Has anyone successfully used HaloITSM with PDQ for asset management?

I'm considering using HaloITSM for IT service management and PDQ for asset inventory as well as third-party patching. I haven't seen any direct integration for PDQ with Halo, but their support mentioned it should be feasible. I'm curious if anyone has experience with this combination or any tips on making it work effectively.

Based on what I've seen, I'm not a fan of PDQ. You might want to explore alternatives like iTop, which is free, or FleetDM, that’s free for a limited number of devices.

For ticketing and asset management, many say HaloITSM is a solid option and it has native integration with some mobile device management tools.

I've been using PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory for about a year now, and I ditched SCCM for it. It works great as long as your users are on-premises or connect via VPN. However, keep in mind that PDQ is a Windows app and doesn’t have native web integration with HaloITSM. You could get a bit creative with SQL queries and the Halo API if you're up for some custom scripting. Also, I've heard Halo has its own inventory tool, though I don’t know much about it.
