I'm having a frustrating issue with my screen where the bottom half randomly flickers. It started when I was playing Minecraft, but now it happens in other games and even just on the desktop while browsing. The flicker isn't constant, but it's definitely noticeable. I've already checked my monitor and made sure all connections to my graphics card are secure. I've cleaned my PC and updated both my BIOS and GPU drivers. Here are my specs: Motherboard: ASUSTeK ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II, Graphics Card: MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GAMING X SLIM 8G, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, and RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB. I can provide more details about my setup if needed. I also included a link to a video showing the flickering. Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you done any tests to rule out the monitor? Since the flickering occurs even in BIOS before the OS loads, it might be a monitor or cable issue. I’d suggest trying a different cable, or if possible, a different monitor to see if the problem persists. If it's only happening on the bottom half, that might give us a clue about what's going on.
Sounds like a tricky issue! You mentioned switching from a display cable to HDMI and noticing a difference. It could definitely be related to the refresh rate or cable type. Sometimes, certain settings can affect display outputs. If you can test with another monitor, even for a short time, it could confirm whether it’s a hardware issue with your current setup.
