Does the 20%-80% Charging Rule Really Help My iPhone Battery?

I recently got an iPhone 15 and I'm really trying to take care of it to ensure it lasts more than two years. I've read about the 20%-80% charging rule and have been following it, although I often let it charge up to 90% due to my busy work and study schedule. I'm curious whether this rule actually aids in prolonging battery life, and if it's not very effective, what are some better ways to maintain my battery health?

Honestly, I wouldn't stress about it too much! Just use your phone like you normally would. Most batteries can run for at least 3-5 years with regular use, so there's no need to overthink it.

I hear you! I had an iPhone 12 mini that lasted only 2 years before the battery health dropped to 75%. I'm just trying to be careful this time.
