I'm thinking about switching to a GeForce GPU and would love some recommendations. Ideally, I want something under $500 that won't compromise performance too much. Here's a link to my current PC build for reference: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/q8hBDw]. Thanks for your help!

If you can find one, the RTX 5070 for around $550 is decent, or the RX 9070 at the same price. Sadly, prices have spiked lately, so the RX 9060XT or a used 40-series card might be your best bet for value.
It's worth noting that NVIDIA might not release new graphics cards in 2026, which could affect support for existing models. If you're set on NVIDIA, you might find a used RTX 5070 for $500. However, if you're open to AMD, the RX 7900XT is a solid choice for 4K gaming, also around $500 used, and I’d suggest aiming for the RX 9070XT if you can stretch your budget to about $600.
I heard the same thing about NVIDIA not releasing new models, but they should still support the existing cards. It might just be a shift in focus."
If you're considering alternatives, the RTX 5060Ti 16GB is around $540, but the RX 9060XT 16GB can be found for about $440, which is a better deal. Plus, you might want to look into getting a pair of RAM sticks instead of two 16GB kits for savings.

Yeah, the Adrenaline software can be a pain. I had issues with lag too, especially when updating drivers. Sometimes it feels like it forces updates through the program which can be really annoying! Maybe it’s just a general problem with AMD software, but it's frustrating for sure.
