I've been using Windows 11 on my laptop and noticed that my right-click menu has become cluttered with a lot of unnecessary entries. For instance, when I right-click on empty space, I see options for "AMD software adrenaline edition" and "wiztree," which I don't want to remove entirely—just their presence in the right-click menu. Similarly, the photo right-click menu is overloaded with options like "edit with photos," "transfer a copy (Dropbox)," and others that I find redundant. Is there an easy way to streamline these options, like using task manager, or will I have to dive into the registry?

Many good applications will let you disable context menu options directly from their settings. If not, a quick online search for "remove [your app] from right-click menu" usually leads to effective solutions. Most of the time, it involves some registry tweaks, but searching for specifics for the software you're dealing with often helps.
Unfortunately, some programs like Dropbox and AMD don't seem to have those options. It's a bummer!
There are some programs that can help you customize your right-click menu, but many of them aren't very effective since Windows 11 changed a lot of the context-menu functionality. I tried one that promises to completely replace the context menu, but I found it overly complicated, and it was more of a hassle than it was worth.
You can find various software options online, but exactly how well they work depends on your needs. Microsoft has made it tricky to tweak the context menu, so some of these tools might not be as powerful as they used to be. However, they can help eliminate some of the clutter for you.
I tried searching for a few options, but they didn't work well. The interfaces were confusing and didn't really show what was in the context menu. It was frustrating!
If you're okay messing with the registry, there’s a command you can run to revert back to the classic context menu. Just be careful when playing around in there!

Yeah, check the settings first. For example, Wiztree lets you disable context menu options right in the app. Usually, a search gives you the right steps to follow.
