Where Can You Find Programming Job Opportunities?

I'm on the lookout for programming jobs and I've noticed that there are a lot of communities focused on hiring freelancers, mostly centered around editing. Does anyone know of any forums or communities that are more geared toward developer jobs? Are there specific trends in the job market that I should be aware of?

There are definitely some niche communities with job boards, but they're usually pretty small and focused on specific tech areas. It's important to narrow it down to avoid getting overwhelmed.

I've run a marketing agency part-time and we’ve pulled in several clients through Reddit. But yeah, it can be tough to find solid subs for developer gigs that aren't just flooded with posts.

Honestly, if I were hiring, I’m not sure I’d specifically look on forums like Reddit. It seems hit or miss—there aren’t many dedicated developer job subreddits that I've seen. Maybe they just haven’t gained traction yet.
