I recently picked up an ATX 3.0 power supply for my RTX 5070, but I'm having second thoughts. I've heard that ATX 3.1 addresses some of the cable issues associated with the 12vhpwr connector. I'm using the native cable, so no adapters involved, but I'm wondering if it's wise to stick with what I have or if upgrading to ATX 3.1 would be a better choice.

Honestly, both ATX 3.0 and 3.1 are pretty similar in terms of performance. The improvements in ATX 3.1 are minimal and might not be worth a switch unless you're facing specific issues. If you're using a native cable, you should be fine sticking with ATX 3.0 for now.
If you're already using a native 12vhpwr cable and aren't having any problems, I say stick with it. Switching to a lower model like the 5060 ti might decrease your performance more than the power supply upgrade would help. So unless you're facing issues, you might be good as you are!
