I've been having an issue with my Black Shark V2 Pro headset. It disconnects for about 15 seconds every 30 minutes. I'm using it with a 2.4 GHz wireless receiver connected to my PC, but I also tried using Bluetooth, and that didn't seem to work either. Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem?

Sometimes, the battery can cause issues too if it's not charged properly. Make sure your headset is fully charged and that it's not losing battery unexpectedly. Just a thought!
Have you tried using a different USB port for the receiver? Some ports can be more stable than others. Also, if you're able to test it with a different device, that might help pinpoint whether it's the headset or something on your PC causing the disconnections!
It sounds like you might be dealing with a few possible issues. First, check if there's any interference from other wireless devices around. Sometimes, things like Wi-Fi routers can mess with the connection. You could also try resetting the headset’s connection to your PC or updating any drivers that might be outdated. I've had similar issues before, and updating the drivers really helped me. Don't forget to check if there are firmware updates for your headset too!
