Hey everyone! I'm looking to switch iCloud accounts since I have about 13,000 photos stored on my iPhone, but when I tried switching accounts, I ended up losing half of my images. I've downloaded all my photos to my PC, but I need some guidance on how to upload them to my new iCloud account without any hiccups. Any tips or help you can offer would be awesome! Thanks!

No offense, but I’m curious how that info is relevant to the question? The main thing is just getting the photos moved.
Could you share a bit more about why you're transitioning to a new account? Was the old one shared or linked with someone else? It might help us give better advice.
You can log into your new iCloud account from your PC and upload the photos directly from there. Just a heads up, I’m not sure if they'll sort into the same folders like in your old account since some names might clash.
