I mistakenly deleted two folders from our SCCM primary site and we don't have a backup. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of situation before? I'm looking for advice on how to recover from this mess.

It sounds like a tough situation! If you're in a bind without a backup, you might want to check if you can restore those folders from the system restore points or snapshots if your server was set up for that. It might not cover everything, but it's worth a shot!
I've been in a similar spot before. Depending on how the files were managed, you might be able to use file recovery software. Just remember, the longer you wait, the harder it gets to recover those files!
Wow, that’s a real bummer! Even if you don’t have a backup, check in with your IT team to see if there’s any chance they had a secondary snapshot or anything like that. Sometimes, the servers keep hidden backups of critical folders.
