Need Help Moving from an Old Microsoft 365 Tenant to a New One

I'm currently transitioning my client from an old Microsoft 365 tenant to a new one, and I'm running into some significant issues. I was given access to a separate account in the old tenant (not the admin account). I've successfully set up the new tenant and removed all active users from the old tenant, including transferring my client's URL to the new setup. However, there are two main problems:
1. The client is trying to use Outlook with their email, but it keeps defaulting to sign in with the old tenant.
2. Despite my efforts, I've been unable to cut ties with the old tenant, preventing my client and their employees from accessing their work emails.
I've tried resetting cookies, removing school/work accounts, and clearing Microsoft-related cache files, but nothing seems to work. It's stressful trying to find a solution, especially since the former supplier hasn't been helpful. Any advice or guidance would be appreciated!

Start by clearing out Outlook's credentials and the information in the Windows Credential Manager. If you've already done that, check for any cached logins in your web browsers that might still hold onto old information. Sometimes, those sneak through and complicate things further.

Just tried this option as well, but it's still not working. Thanks for the help regardless!

To tackle this issue, make sure to delete these files and registry keys:
- `AppDataLocalPackagesMicrosoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy`
- `AppDataLocalMicrosoftIdentityCache`
- `AppDataLocalMicrosoftOneAuth`
- `ComputerHKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice16.0CommonIdentity`
After removing these, don't forget to log off! Also, check the credential manager for any saved credentials that might be causing conflicts.
