Trouble with My PC – Crashes and Black Screens

I've been having a frustrating issue with my computer lately. It all started when I tried to launch a game, but it crashed unexpectedly. Initially, I thought it might be due to a driver problem, so I updated all my drivers, but it didn't help. The crashes continued, and my PC even restarted, displaying black screens.

In an attempt to fix it, I reset the computer to factory settings, but that led to an error, so I ended up reinstalling Windows entirely. However, when I tried playing the game again, it still didn't work. I suspected that the RAM might be the culprit, so I sent it in for testing, but they confirmed it's functioning perfectly. What could be causing this ongoing issue?

It could be a power supply issue. Have you checked the voltages in the BIOS? If you notice a lot of fluctuation, that might indicate there's an underlying problem that needs to be addressed.

Have you tried running other games to see if the problem is specific to just one or two? Test a few different ones with varying engines to rule that out. Sometimes, it could just be a problem with a specific game instead of the whole system.
