Why is my PC showing a yellow DRAM LED?

I've just built my first PC, but I'm facing a big issue. Every time I power it on, the DRAM POST LED lights up yellow. I've tried a bunch of solutions: I've flashed the BIOS, tested a different RAM kit, removed the CMOS battery, and checked for bent CPU pins. The first time I turned it on, my PSU fried, but I replaced it, and now the PC runs fine, though I still can't get any display and that yellow light keeps shining. I'm really stuck here—anyone have tips to help me out?

Just to clarify, which motherboard are you using? Some boards have specific compatibility issues with certain RAM, so it could be worthwhile to check that if you're still having trouble.

I'm using the ROG Strix B550-F Gaming II. Could that be causing issues?

That yellow LED is often a sign that there's an issue with the RAM or motherboard. Since you've tried a different RAM kit, it might be worth checking if your motherboard is faulty. You also mentioned frying your PSU—be careful, as that can sometimes cause damage to other components, too!

Yeah, fried PSUs can sometimes lead to issues that manifest later. Have you checked if everything is properly seated and connected? It might help to reseat all your components.
