Hey everyone,
I recently moved and brought my PC with me. It was working perfectly at my old place, but now that I've connected everything in the new house, the monitors aren't displaying anything. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Switched HDMI and DisplayPort cables and used different ports.
2. Reset the RAM.
3. Reseated the GPU.
4. Tried moving the GPU to a different slot (there are only two on this motherboard).
5. Replaced the CMOS battery.
6. Removed the GPU and connected the HDMI to the motherboard's port, but still no output. Not sure what that signifies.
I'm a bit stumped and hesitant to take it to a repair shop unless absolutely necessary. I did clean it with compressed air before setting everything up in the new place. Also, I noticed the PC used to make a grinding noise on startup when the GPU was functional, but it's silent now—could that be a sign of a busted GPU?
I'd appreciate any advice you have. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried testing with just one stick of RAM? Sometimes a faulty RAM stick can cause display issues. If you have multiple sticks, try booting with just one to see if that changes anything.
Sounds like you might be on the right track with your troubleshooting! Just to clarify, you mentioned plugging into the motherboard's HDMI port—if your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, that won't work. Have you checked for any error codes or lights on your motherboard that could indicate a problem? It might help to know your full specs too, just to see if there’s anything else that could be at play here.
Thanks for the tip! My specs are: LYTE Overlord V3 with a Core i7 10700f, RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVME SSD, and a 1TB HDD.

Yep, that's a good idea! I'll give it a shot and see if it makes a difference.
