I've been having a serious issue with my PC since I got it back from the repair shop. They said the CPU was broken and fixed it, but now it shuts down because it reaches between 90 and 105 degrees Celsius almost instantly. I've double-checked the mounting and thermal paste more than once and even replaced the water cooler with a new NZXT 240 Plus AIO. This problem has been really frustrating for me, and I'd appreciate any insights on how to fix it! Just for clarity, I'm using an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-core CPU, and my motherboard is an MSI MPG X870E Edge Ti.

Did you check if the new AIO is connected properly? Sometimes the pump needs to be plugged into the right header, otherwise it won't work correctly. That could definitely cause overheating issues.
This might sound silly, but did you remember to take off the plastic cover from the AIO's plate before installation? Also, double-check the thermal paste application. It needs to be an even spread to work effectively.
Yes, I removed the plastic and applied thermal paste correctly. It was evenly spread.
Have you confirmed that the fans on the AIO are spinning and that you can feel water moving through the tubes? If not, that could indicate a problem with your cooler setup.
Yes, the AIO is brand new, the fans are working, and I can feel the water flowing through the tubes.

Everything is connected and the pump shows it's running at 42405 RPM.
