I recently discovered a troubling note in my phone's notepad app that contained all my passwords and usernames for various accounts. To make things worse, I noticed a login to my Instagram account from Iran. I'm really worried and need some help figuring out what to do next!

First things first, disconnect from the internet immediately! You’ll want to log out of all your accounts from another safe device, especially the email you use to reset passwords. Change your passwords there and ensure 2FA is set up everywhere you can.
Next, run an antivirus scan on your laptop while it's offline. It might even be safer to consider reinstalling Windows completely, but be careful about not accidentally backing up any infected files that could have been mixed in with your data.
