Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on preparing for my upcoming DevOps interview at Apple. I would really appreciate it if you could share your experiences regarding the interview process, including how many rounds there typically are, what I should expect, what pitfalls to avoid, and what the realistic compensation range might be. I'm eager to see how far I can go in this process. Thanks in advance!

If coding isn't your strongest skill, don't stress too much, but be aware that DevOps roles at major tech companies often require solid coding know-how. You might start with some software understanding before delving deeper into system design if you get that far. It's worth brushing up on coding basics anyway!
I noticed a discussion about this topic recently that you might find helpful! Check it out for more insights from people who've gone through similar interviews.
I've been through interviews at a few FANG companies, but not Apple specifically. I recommend sharpening your skills in LeetCode problems and system design concepts. Most places hit you with at least 2 coding challenges and then dive into system design after that.

True, DevOps definitely blends infrastructure with development. Just be ready to solve some coding challenges during the screening process!
