I'm looking to choose between two RAM options that are both 2x16GB kits for my Asus TUF Gaming B850-Plus motherboard paired with a Ryzen 7 7800 X3D processor. The Crucial option is 6400MHz CL32, compatible with AMD Expo, priced at $370 USD. The other is the Corsair Vengeance at 6000MHz CL36, which supports Intel XMP, has RGB lighting, and costs $412 USD. Which one do you recommend?

You should definitely go with the Crucial; AMD Expo support is a big plus. Plus, I've heard Intel XMP has had its fair share of issues. You're onto something good with AMD!
Honestly, just go for whichever is cheaper. You'll hardly notice any real-world difference between them.
In most situations, you won't notice much of a difference between these two, but if you're picky about timings, aim for the one with tighter timings. Those can sometimes impact latency—even if it's rare!
At that price, I'd say just grab the Crucial 6400MHz CL32. It’s a solid choice for your build!
You won't see any significant difference with your setup. The cache on the Ryzen 7 7800 X3D really minimizes the impact of RAM speed on performance.

The Corsair has timings of CL36-44-44-96, while the Crucial boasts CL32-40-40-103. Seems like the Crucial might have the edge there!
