I've been struggling with sticking to a single programming path. I find myself moving from Python to web development, then to data analysis, mobile apps, and Flutter, and I just can't seem to stay focused on one long enough to make real progress. Each time I think I've found the right direction, I end up switching again. So, for those who have experienced this and eventually chose a path to stick with, what helped you commit? How did you gain clarity and stop the constant switching? I'm looking for practical advice here.

One of the best pieces of advice you'll hear repeatedly is to just BUILD SOMETHING. It really forces you to commit and learn only what's necessary for that project. It’s amazing how much clarity comes from actual building rather than just learning."

I feel you on that. I think I've been using 'learning' as an excuse to avoid building. I'm going to choose one small project and finish it, no matter what. Do you have any suggestions for a simple but valuable first project?
