I just built my new PC and I've been facing some strange issues that seem to point towards memory problems. Both my OCCT stress tests and the Windows Memory Diagnostic suggest there might be a memory issue. I've enabled XMP settings, which might be related. I'd like to avoid purchasing a new RAM kit if possible. I also have a dump file available if that's helpful for troubleshooting. Here's my build for reference.

To get a better handle on the BSOD issue, you should check for dump files, which are the crash logs. If you can access Windows normally or through Safe Mode, look in the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it using a file sharing service like catbox.moe, since some others might be blacklisted. Having multiple dump files can be beneficial for diagnosing the problem! Also, consider following a guide to set your system to create small memory dumps if you’re having trouble finding those files.
You could try a few things to solve the memory issue. First, consider updating your BIOS if it's outdated, as that could help stability. Second, testing with Memtest86 is a solid choice for checking your RAM. Lastly, try disabling XMP/DOCP settings to see if default values provide more stability, as sometimes those overclock settings can create issues. Setting the memory timings manually might also produce better results.

My BIOS is from this January, so maybe I can skip that update for now? What about Memtest86—does it usually take a long time to complete?
