Hey everyone! I'm putting together a new PC build for gaming, and I could really use your advice. This is my second attempt at building a PC since my first one is over a decade old and struggling to keep up. I want to share my part list and hear your thoughts—specifically, I'm curious if any of my choices are overkill, underkill, or if I missed anything during my research.
Here are my main goals:
- **Performance**: I'm not super picky about graphics but want something that's fast and will hold up for a while. I primarily play FPS games like Apex and Overwatch, along with some survival/strategy/RPGs like Stardew Valley and Minecraft.
- **Budget**: I'd like to stay under $2000 since I already have all my peripherals.
- **Case**: I'm considering an ATX mid tower—I've linked one I like in beige, but I'm open to options with wood accents, even if it means bumping up my budget. I heard some negative things about the Fractal Design North, though, so I'm hesitant.
- **Storage**: I need ample storage, aiming for 4TB if possible, and 2TB would be the minimum.
- **Monitors**: I have two AOC C27G4H 27" curved gaming monitors (1080p, 180Hz) that I plan to use. With this setup, do you think my graphics card choice (Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB) is overkill?
- **Connectivity**: I want the motherboard to have WiFi and Bluetooth support along with plenty of ports.
Thanks for any help! I thought it would be easier the second time around, but I guess I was wrong! Looking forward to getting this build done so I can dive back into gaming!

Have you considered why you're going with an Intel CPU over AMD? Nowadays, AMD is really favored for gaming. Also, make sure you have a suitable power supply—an 850W one would be ideal since certain GPUs can require multiple PCIe slots. I had to upgrade mine when I got my 9070 XT!

I originally chose AMD, but switched to Intel for budget reasons. Any recommendations for an AMD CPU around $350? Thanks for the tip about the power supply!
