Is Upgrading to a 9800X3D with a 2070 Super a Good Idea for Tarkov?

I'm really into Tarkov, but my current PC setup isn't cutting it since I'm stuck playing at just 10fps during intense moments (which leads to freezing and being outgunned). My current specs are a Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and a 2070 Super. I'm considering an upgrade because I've heard that the CPU and RAM are crucial for Tarkov's performance. I'm looking at the 9800X3D, which seems to be the best option for this game, and I plan to get 32GB of 6000MHz RAM as well. I'm also planning to upgrade my SSD, case, motherboard—you name it—except for the GPU since prices are just outrageous right now. Is it a bad idea to pair the 9800X3D with my existing 2070 Super? Will I see a noticeable performance boost? Thanks in advance!

You might run into a serious bottleneck between that CPU and your GPU, especially if you're gaming at 1080p. The graphics card tends to handle most of the load at higher resolutions, so I'd suggest sticking with a decent AM4 CPU like the 5700X if you want more balance. If you're open to spending on AM5 and the corresponding RAM, then consider the 7800X3D and possibly upgrade your GPU later on.

But will the bottleneck be super noticeable since Tarkov is so CPU and RAM heavy? I play at 1080p too.
