I'm worried that my mom's iPhone might have a virus. It's been acting strange by randomly opening Messenger and messaging people. She also mentioned that when she tries to use SMS, it keeps spamming her contacts with random pictures. What steps can I take to fix this?

If you think her phone's been infected with something, I’d suggest doing a factory reset. It's usually the quickest way to get a fresh start. Just make sure to back up any important data first!
I tried that, but it just closed out of the settings! Any other ideas?
