I'm not very knowledgeable about GPUs, and I have a situation where someone wants to trade my Zotac Airo Extreme RTX 4080 for his Zotac RTX 5070 Ti SOLID OC. He's also offering some cash on top of the trade. I have a Ryzen 9 9950X3D and an Aorus Master X870E. I'm wondering if this trade would be a downgrade or an upgrade for me. Any advice would be appreciated!

If he's adding cash and trading you a working 5070 Ti for your 4080, I don't see why you wouldn't take it! That sounds like a great deal to me.
Lmao sorry I’m not an expert on this, but would the 5070 Ti still work well for streaming and gaming, like playing Minecraft with shaders and mods? And is it likely to hold value if I want to sell it later?
