I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 9 for improved streaming and gaming performance, but I've heard I need to get a new motherboard. Here's my current setup: I've got an Intel Core i7-11700KF processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU (which reaches about 70°C, maybe it just needs cleaning), and 32GB of RAM. My goal is to boost my FPS in Rocket League—I'm currently aiming for at least 360 FPS since I heard the recommended is around 143 FPS.

You might not need to upgrade just yet! Your setup is pretty solid for streaming. If you’re using OBS, make sure to utilize NVENC for video encoding instead of the CPU; it’ll help a lot!
But isn't the Intel CPU kinda outdated for what you want to do?
