I'm having trouble accessing my Adtran router at the IP address 192.168.40.1. No matter what I do, the login page doesn't load. I've tried using different browsers and experimenting with both HTTP and HTTPS. Can anyone help me figure out how to get this page to load?

Just a heads up, you mentioned you're trying to access it "on the internet." If you're outside your local network, that's why you can't connect. You need to be physically on the same network that the router is on to access those IPs.
Sounds like you might be using the wrong IP address. For most Adtran routers, the standard login IPs are 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.254. Make sure your device is connected to the router's network and try entering those IPs in your web browser.
If you've already tried 192.168.1.1 and it isn’t working, check your device's network settings. On Windows, open a command prompt and type 'ipconfig' to find your actual gateway address, which is what you'll need to use.
