I'm attempting to factory reset my PC, but I keep running into roadblocks and error messages with what I've tried so far. I'm planning to attach some photos for reference, but I would appreciate any tips or steps that might help!

A good option is to download the Windows 10 or 11 ISO directly from Microsoft and either mount it or create an installation flash drive. You can run setup.exe right from within your current Windows setup and choose whether to keep your files or not.
Have you checked if BitLocker is enabled or if your account has a password? That can sometimes complicate the reset process.
