I'm having trouble with the YouTube app on my Android Galaxy phone. The shorts and homepage won't load, but I can still watch videos from my history and subscriptions just fine. I've already tried clearing the app's cache and data, disabling and reenabling the app, restarting my phone, switching to mobile data, and logging in and out. It's super frustrating!

It looks like you're not alone! A lot of people are experiencing similar issues with YouTube right now. Some users reported that the homepage just shows "Something went wrong. Try again." It might be a widespread problem, so it could be worth checking a site like DownDetector to see if others are having the same issue. It seems this is happening mostly around the Great Lakes and parts of Alberta.
YouTube seems to be down for many users today. Just hang tight! It’s probably something they will fix soon, as these kinds of outages don't usually last long.
Same situation here! Everything works except for the homepage and shorts. I noticed that those areas just keep giving me error messages. It might be a temporary glitch on YouTube's end.
