I've got a Ryzen 9 7950X3D paired with Corsair RAM running at 6400Hz CL36, plus an X670E Plus motherboard. The system works fine when I set the RAM speed to 6400Hz and start it up, but I encounter a problem when I try to restart the PC. It crashes during the boot process. To get it running again, I have to shut it down completely and then power it on. I've made sure that the BIOS, CPU, and RAM are all updated. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When you mention it crashes, are you seeing a blue screen, or does it just get stuck on a black screen? I had a similar issue in the past where my RAM was actually defective, which caused it to get stuck at boot.
You might want to try manually setting your memory speed to DDR5-6000 instead of 6400Hz. Sometimes, the higher speeds can lead to instability during restarts.
I tried that, but anything above 5200Hz causes the same boot issue for me.

It shuts off while trying to boot and shows the BIOS screen with an error message.
