I'm having a frustrating problem where YouTube won't load at all on my WiFi, but it works perfectly on mobile data and at other WiFi locations. I've checked that the app isn't blocked by my router, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as restarted my router. I'm experiencing this issue for about two months now, so it's not just a temporary site outage. Even when I preload videos using my mobile data, they won't load while connected to WiFi. I'm pretty much stuck with a workaround that's really annoying, and I would love to know if anyone has any solutions or ideas to fix this issue. Thanks in advance!

Hey! Just to clarify, is it only YouTube that’s causing issues? Also, which device are you using? If it’s your mom's router, are other devices able to use YouTube? I’ve noticed that using a VPN can mess with YouTube, so make sure it’s off. Have you tried accessing YouTube through a browser instead of the app?

Yes, it’s only YouTube! I’m using an iPhone. My mom has access to the router too, but she can’t get YouTube on her phone either. Strangely, it works on our TV, though!
