I've been having some serious overheating issues with my R9 9900X. My CPU temps are idling around 60-65°C and spiking up to 75-90°C, which seems excessive for just watching anime and having a few tabs open. I recently replaced my motherboard, expecting better performance, but the temps have actually gone up. With my previous MSI MPG x470 Edge WiFi, idle temps were around 55°C, and spikes only reached about 75°C. I'm using an Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 Pro A-RGB cooler, MX4 thermal paste, and the ROG Strix B550-A Gaming WiFi board. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Have you checked that you used fresh thermal paste with the new setup? Sometimes the old paste can dry out or not be applied correctly, which affects cooling.

Yes, I used new thermal paste this time, but with the old motherboard, I used the paste that came with the AIO cooler.
