Looks like you've got a solid build there! RAM prices are pretty crazy right now, but if you can find similar specs with a little better timings for about the same price, it might be worth it. Just keep an eye on those prices!

Yeah, I noticed the RAM prices are a bit off the charts right now. I'll check into it and see what options fit my budget!

Here are my suggestions to consider:

- Swap the CPU for a 9600X; it’s a bit pricier but offers better performance and runs cooler.
- Instead of the Noctua cooler, try the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE — way cheaper and cooler efficiency is impressive!
- For RAM, I’d recommend the Patriot Venom DDR5 6400 CL32 as it’s faster and not too much more costly.
- The Crucial P310 isn't the best SSD; look into the Seagate FireCuda 540 for better speed without a price change.
- Lastly, if you're thinking about graphics, the Gigabyte Gaming OC 9070 is a great option and more powerful than the 5070!

Thanks for the awesome breakdown! I’ll definitely consider those tweaks!
