Hey everyone, I've got a quick question about my CPU cooler setup. I recently got an extra Be Quiet! Light Wings LX high-speed fan and I currently have a Pure Rock Pro 3 cooler that comes with two Pure Wings 3 fans. If I swap out the front fan for the new Light Wings LX HS, is that going to cause any issues? Also, is there any benefit to having a faster fan on the front? Should I connect them all together or use separate fan headers?

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Just a heads-up, if you daisy chain them, be cautious about the total power draw. Sometimes, different fan speeds can result in uneven airflow, so it's best to experiment with connections to see what works for you.
I think that having a higher-speed fan at the front could definitely help boost airflow into the cooler, which might improve cooling performance. Just make sure that if you do mix fans, they can work together efficiently. Personally, I set my intake fans higher for better pressure, but remember, this is about your CPU cooler fans, not just case fans!

I just want to add some RGB to the front of my cooler since I like a bit of white lighting in my case. I'm curious about any pros or cons to mixing fan speeds with the configuration I mentioned.
