Confused About Connecting Power to My Case and PSU

I recently encountered a puzzling situation while setting up my PC. My case features a female power connector that's hardwired inside, with a male connector at its end. However, my power supply unit (PSU) has a typical female connector as well. I'm struggling to figure out what to do with the internal hardwired cable. Initially, I thought it could plug into the PSU's female connector, but it doesn't seem to fit properly due to space constraints. The PSU's connector needs to access the back of the case where the screw holes and on/off switch are located. Am I supposed to leave the hardwired cable hanging loose inside the case? Am I overlooking something critical here?

That's a bit unusual for a case to have a power cable. It seems like it should connect to the PSU, but if there's not enough room to route the cable properly, it might be designed to be ignored. Can you share a back view of your case? That might give more context on whether it's meant to be an extender or something else.

Here’s the backside of my case: https://i.ibb.co/7dmBSR84/IMG-0383.jpg. Not really sure what's going on with the cable!
