Which CPUs are compatible with my Asrock B550m-HDV motherboard?

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU for my Asrock B550m-HDV motherboard, but I'm confused about compatibility. The CPU support list on the Asrock website states I specifically need a 'Picasso' type for the CPUs that interest me, but I can't find any available in Western Europe. Do I really have to stick with the Picasso types, or can I use other types of CPUs from the same generation? And if I decide to go for a different type, will I need to adjust any settings on the motherboard before installation?

For example, I found the AM4 Ryzen 5 5600G with the codes 100-100000252BOX and 100-000000252-00 ('Cesanne'). The Asrock support list only mentions the Cesanne version, but the retailers only have the 100-100000252BOX available. Am I allowed to use the 100-100000252BOX even if it isn't listed, or am I limited to the Cesanne version?

According to the Asrock site, you should be able to use any CPUs from the 3000, 4000, or 5000 series without issues. Just make sure to check the BIOS updates!
