Which GPU Should I Choose for 1440p Gaming: RTX 4060 or Intel Arc B580?

I'm currently experiencing issues with my RTX 3060 Ti; I'm getting artifacts in games like Elden Ring, and I've already tried updating drivers and lowering the refresh rate. At this point, I'm considering a new graphics card. I've found both an RTX 4060 and an Intel Arc B580 available for about the same price, around $230-$255. While many people seem to favor the B580 due to its 12GB VRAM, I have concerns about its driver issues and CPU overhead. Benchmarks show that the RTX 4060 performs better in many games, although the B580 can occasionally keep up or surpass it. I'm wondering if its additional VRAM really matters in practical terms for 1440p gaming. What do you all think?

Honestly, I think you should just hold off on buying a new GPU for now. Upgrading from a 3060 Ti to either of these isn't a significant jump. It can be frustrating dealing with artifacts, but if you wait a bit longer, you might save up for something like a 5060 or a card with 16GB that offers a better overall upgrade. Plus, prices might stabilize a bit if you give it some time.

That's true, but if you wait too long, you might miss out on getting a decent card due to rising prices. The situation with GPUs is unpredictable right now!
