I've got a setup that should work well, but my PC feels sluggish during gameplay. I'm using a 4K TV as my monitor, and while I switch the resolution to 1440p for gaming, I often struggle to hit even 50 frames per second. My hardware includes an Intel i7 10700K processor, a Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card, and 32 GB of RAM, all powered by a 1000W PSU. Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong?

You might need to lower your graphics settings a bit. Running on Ultra is often too demanding for mid-range cards like the 6700 XT, especially at 1440p. Try starting with Medium settings and adjust from there to see if you can maintain a stable frame rate.
Have you checked your thermals? Ensure your CPU and GPU aren’t overheating. Keeping the temps below 80°C for the GPU and 70°C for the CPU is good. Also, look into your TV's input lag. Sometimes, even in game mode, it can add latency.
What games are you trying to play at that resolution? The performance can really vary depending on the game and your settings. The RX 6700 XT should handle 1440p pretty well, but max settings can definitely be a struggle in some titles.
