I'm encountering persistent nvlddmkm.sys errors that are forcing my PC to restart. I have two nvlddmkm.sys files in my system32: one from last week after I reset my PC, and another that's quite old from 2014. I've already run 'sfc /scannow' and provided full user control, but the restarts continue. Should I delete one of these nvlddmkm.sys files?

Sounds like you're dealing with some Nvidia driver problems. I recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely wipe the existing drivers. After that, you can reinstall the latest ones through the Nvidia app to hopefully solve the issue.

I've already tried that unfortunately.
