Looking for a Quiet Dual-Tower Fan for My CPU

Hi everyone! I'm on the hunt for a dual-tower fan that can effectively cool my Intel Core i5-12600KF at 1,200 RPM or below, since it gets really noisy above that speed. The TDP of the CPU ranges from 125W to 150W. Has anyone had any real-life experience with this CPU or a similar one when it comes to super-low-noise fans? If so, which model would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

Hey! Here are some coolers that might work for you:
- Scythe Fuma 3
- Be Quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin 140
- Thermalright Royal Pretor 130
Check them out and see if any fit your needs! Hope this helps!

Have you tried any of these coolers yourself? A lot of reviews say something is quiet, only for buyers to find them loud when actually used, especially with lower TDP CPUs.

From my experience, finding truly quiet fans is tough, especially with dual-tower heatsinks. I've used the i5-12600KF and now have the 12900KF. Thermally, the Royal Pretor 130 Ultra keeps things cool and runs fairly quiet, sitting around 900 RPM when idling.

I'm thinking of going with fans that cap at 800/1000 RPM, like the Ninja Scythe 5. If it keeps my CPU under 85°C, I should be good, right?
