I recently made the jump from an RTX 3060 to an RTX 5070 Ti, but I'm not seeing any real improvement in my FPS. My CPU is a Ryzen 7 5800X. In Delta Force, I'm getting around 80 to 120 FPS at 1440p on low settings, with my GPU sitting at 41% usage and 52°C, while my CPU is at 55% usage and 68°C. In Arc Raiders, I'm hitting about 100 FPS on low with the CPU at 80% and the GPU at 58%. I've also done a BIOS update, uninstalled my drivers, and performed a fresh Windows install. Could this be a bottleneck?

Are you usually running your settings on low like this? The thrill of upgrading is really to take advantage of those improved graphics settings. Playing on low is often just for testing.
Have you tested the FPS when you switch to high or ultra settings? Sometimes the GPU performs better under more demanding settings, which can help you see its real power.
It sounds like your CPU might be the bottleneck here. Since the Ryzen 7 5800X has 8 cores, when your CPU usage hovers around 50%, it could mean all your cores are maxed out. Games typically don’t benefit from more threads unless there's a stall, which is rare if the game is well-optimized.
