Has anyone else been experiencing issues with Duo redirect in Microsoft 365? It seems like some users are having trouble with the authentication process and not able to access required resources. I'm curious to know if this is a widespread problem or if it's just us. What's the current situation with this?

Yup, same here! I've seen a spike in reports on DownDetector, so it's definitely not isolated. People are struggling with the redirection to Duo and can't log in at all. Some folks had to find workarounds like using Yubikeys, which worked out for them temporarily. But seriously, I hope this gets fixed soon!
Yeah, it looks like there are indeed problems across the board. Some users in Texas reported a focus on Azure SSO integration rather than SAML, pointing to possible backend issues with Microsoft’s services. I also noticed the Duo redirect isn’t working for many of us. Apparently, a 504 Gateway Timeout error is popping up when trying to access Duo for MFA. Checking the service alerts seems to confirm that this isn’t just on our end.
This is pretty frustrating! It’s not just you; the same redirect issue is affecting a lot of admins. Accessing Microsoft 365 has become a real challenge. I tried to check the service health page but found it unhelpful without logging in. Hopefully, Microsoft sorts this out quickly!
I'm having the same issues! I can't get past the Duo authentication. Microsoft has an advisory out acknowledging the problem too. They say they're investigating an abnormal success rate for phone call authentications in the US, so it's likely related. Looks like a lot of users are stuck right now.
