I recently upgraded to an RX 9070 XT and while downloading the drivers along with some MSI Center software, I encountered an issue. The software prompted an update that unfortunately downgraded my motherboard BIOS from version V1.20 to V1.00. Now I can't get my system to boot properly. I've tried various troubleshooting steps including removing the battery, shorting the JBAT 1 pins, formatting a USB, and even reseating the RAM and GPU. The EZ Debug light cycles through states, flashing red for the CPU, then green for DRAM, before returning to a solid red for the CPU. My fans power up, but the system remains unresponsive. The motherboard I'm using is an MSI PRO H610M-G DDR4 with an i7-12700k CPU and 64 GB of DDR4 RAM.

This just goes to show how risky motherboard software can be. Always better to update BIOS the old-fashioned way. It seems like MSI's software can cause some major headaches without any warning.
Make sure to check if there’s any light on your RAM or fan LEDs when you power on. If your fans are spinning, it could indicate some power is getting through. Double-check all your power connections and reseat them. If you have a PSU tester, that might also help you determine if the power supply is functioning properly.
It sounds like your board and CPU should be compatible across all BIOS versions, so it might not be the root issue. Have you tried booting without any GPU installed? Also, testing each RAM stick in different slots one at a time could help too.
