I'm looking for recommendations on good GPUs that pair well with my Ryzen 5 5600. I'm open to both new and used options, but I have a budget of around 250 Canadian dollars. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

With a budget of CA$250, your best bet is probably going for a used RTX 2080 Super. You won’t find many decent RTX 30-series cards under that price right now.
If you're willing to check the used market, I recommend looking at the Intel Arc B580. It’s priced around CA$350 when new, but you might find it used. It’s great for 2K gaming. Another option would be to save up a bit more for a new one. Also, keep an eye out for any 7700XT, RTX 3070, or 2080 for about CA$250, but those could be hard to come by.
The GPU you choose can depend a lot on your monitor's resolution. If you’re gaming at 1080p, something like the RX 6600 XT or cards in the mid-60 tier could work. But with your budget, you may need to look at options like the Arc A580, A380, or 3050 6GB. If you're open to used GPUs, a solid choice would be the 3060 Ti, RX 6600, or even a 2070 or 2080 Super—those can pop up on eBay within your price range.
I previously had a 6650 XT, but I upgraded to a 3070 with the same CPU. The 3070 is much more powerful, especially for 1080p gaming. I’m getting around 120-150 fps in games like Helldivers 2. So if you can find a used 3070 within your budget, it would be a great pick!
For CA$250, I’d seriously consider an RTX 2070 Super or an RTX 2080 Super. They're solid GPUs for that price point.

The B580 is definitely good, but just a heads up—it really needs SAM/Re-BAR support to shine. Not sure if your setup will handle that.
