I recently upgraded my SSD from SATA to NVMe and reinstalled Windows on the new drive. Initially, the ASUS logo would appear for a split second during boot, but now my PC goes straight to a black screen before jumping to Windows. Interestingly, the logo shows up fine during restarts. Is this normal behavior after upgrading?

This isn't really an issue unless you need access to the BIOS and the boot is happening too quickly. Some motherboards offer an app for quick access to the BIOS, and you can also use the advanced restart option in Windows while holding the Shift key to get to the UEFI settings.
It's definitely possible to change that setting in the BIOS. Just check there; you should find an option for the boot logo.
You could tweak the settings in your BIOS to extend the time the logo is displayed. Just hit DEL or F12 when rebooting to get into those options. As long as everything else is working fine, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you're not seeing the logo, it might be disabled in your BIOS settings. Check that, and you might be able to turn it back on.
Sounds like you might have a fast boot option enabled in your BIOS. That could explain why you're not seeing the logo during the initial boot.
