Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a boot camp or course where I can get started with C++ as my first programming language before I begin my studies. I'm hoping to find something free because I believe it would really lighten my workload to have some background knowledge beforehand. I've decided to choose C++ instead of Python because I think C++ is more challenging, and I want to tackle that first. But I'm having a tough time finding a solid course. Any suggestions?

I get why you're choosing C++ over Python; a tough start might make the easier stuff seem way easier later on! But I'm curious, what makes you think that's a good idea? If you’re up for the challenge, go for it!
You might want to check out Codecademy or edX for some free resources. Just keep in mind they might not be quite at the boot camp level you're looking for. C++ can be pretty tough – maybe you should reconsider starting with Python, which can be a lot easier and more beginner-friendly.

When you start with a harder task, it makes the easier tasks feel even easier later on. That's my reasoning!
