I've got an RTX 5080 GPU paired with 2× DDR5 RAM and an MSI Tomahawk B850 Max WiFi motherboard. Lately, I've been facing an issue where every 7 to 15 startups, I encounter graphics artifacts after I enter my password, along with severe audio stuttering—it feels like I'm running at 1 FPS. The issue goes away after a restart, but then it reoccurs after a few more startups. What could be causing this?

You might want to check your setup according to the guidelines in rule 2.2 as well to see if there’s anything you’ve missed. Sometimes it helps to verify that everything is properly configured for optimal performance.
It sounds like it might be related to your GPU drivers or the GPU itself. I'd recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove your current drivers and then reinstall a fresh copy. You can check out the DDU guide linked [here](https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/How-use-Display-Driver-Uninstaller-DDU-Guide-Tutorial). Also, try recording the artifacts with Snipping Tool to verify if it's really the GPU. If the artifacts don’t show up in the recording, your monitor could be the issue instead.
If you've already done DDU and updated everything, try checking all your cables and connections. A loose cable can sometimes cause these problems, especially if you're using multiple monitors. Also, have you ensured that your BIOS is up to date?
