I'm having a major issue with my PC—it just won't boot up! The EZ debug LED stays lit in red on the VGA indicator, and I can't get any display on the monitor, even though all the fans are running. Here's what I have:
- Motherboard: B350m gaming pro
- GPU: GeForce 1060
- CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
- RAM: 2x Corsair 8GB
- PSU: KCAS 400W / Akyga 500W
- SSD: Lexar 710 1TB
I've tested my PSU, RAM, GPU, and SSD by swapping them around with different systems, and they all work. I also cleared the CMOS battery and tried different monitors and cables. So now the only components I can't verify are the CPU and the motherboard. My budget is tight, and I don't want to waste money guessing—do you think it's more likely a CPU or a motherboard issue?

No worries, your English is really good! I know you cleared the CMOS, but it might be worth doing it again—take out the battery for about five minutes. If that doesn’t help, I’d suspect it's more likely a motherboard issue rather than the CPU. Maybe take it to a local shop and see if they can check the motherboard before you decide to buy a new one!
Have you tried swapping out the video card with another one? That might help rule out any GPU-related issues. A dead GPU can cause a boot failure, you know?
As I mentioned in my post, I swapped my graphics card already, and the problem persists. I also tested that card on another PC and it worked fine!
You might want to remove one of the RAM sticks and see if that helps when you start your PC. Just to clarify, make sure your Display cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard.
I've checked that the display cable is definitely plugged into the card. Plus, I've tried various RAM configurations and even different RAM sticks, but the issue remains.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely give the CMOS another shot. As for computer shops, I’ll have to look around because they can be pretty scammy where I live.
