I have a Dell WD22TB4 docking station, and it's not connecting to my monitors anymore. The indicator light is blinking slowly, around 2 or 3 times. It was working fine just yesterday. I've already tried unplugging it and holding the power button for 30 seconds. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

First, check your monitor settings in Windows. Sometimes the system doesn't automatically recognize connected displays, and you'll need to enable them manually. Make sure to search for monitors in your display settings and see if anything pops up there.
It sounds like you might be facing a power or firmware issue with the dock. Here’s a quick reset you can try: unplug the dock from power and your laptop, then hold the power button on the dock for about 30-40 seconds. After that, leave it for a minute, plug the power back in first, and then reconnect it to your laptop. Also, ensure you're using the original Dell power adapter and consider trying a different Thunderbolt cable. If the issues persist and the dock still blinks, it might be in protection mode or have a firmware glitch. By the way, does the laptop still charge when it's connected to the dock?
