Hey folks! I'm looking to build a gaming PC with a budget of about $1200, focusing on competitive gaming (think Fortnite, Valorant, CS2, etc.). I'm not too concerned about high graphics settings since I prefer playing on low settings. My main priorities are getting high and stable FPS and keeping latency low. I've been trying to put together my own parts list, but I've gotten mixed feedback from friends suggesting that my choices might not be the best. Since my budget is tight, I want to avoid making any bad purchases. Any tips or recommendations for parts would be really appreciated! Thanks a ton!

What kind of specs are you considering for your build? It helps to narrow down your options if you have some parts in mind!

Honestly, I'm flexible. I lean toward Intel and would prefer something like a 4060 paired with a solid CPU rather than an older model. You know what I mean?
